Hi there! If you hadn’t already guessed, my name is Jack.

I created cakes by Jack to combine my passion for art & design with my love for baking. I cannot remember a time in my life when I was not baking or doing something creative and finding this outlet for my two passions has been an amazing journey.

I find immense joy in creating for my clients and every cake made by me carries a piece of my heart.

I specialise in creative floral designs crafted from sugar paste and wafer paper, however, I also love to work with fresh flowers, buttercream piping and I am always ready to try something new!

I believe that the flavours of my cakes are just as, if not more important than the design, which is why I use only the best and freshest ingredients for my clients.
